I can’t wait to get in your gym and train your team! Please follow the registration process below to get us ready for camp!

Date: July 26th!

Camp begins at 10:00am and ends at 4:30pm.

Please bring a lunch to enjoy with your teammates between the morning and afternoon sessions.

At this camp you will learn:

• Passing Technique
• Setting Technique
• An effective arm swing
• Ball control
• Serving
• Drills to do at home
• How to communicate with teammates
• Teamwork strategies
